Follow the steps below to create a knowledge-base using Notion and Bullet.
Knowledge base doesn’t have to be boring! Bullet’s knowledge base template has everything you need to add in your help section.

Step 1: Duplicate your knowledge base template

  • Click Duplicate from the top right corner of the template
  • Then, click Duplicate on the top right corner of the Notion page
  • Choose a workspace or login to Notion for duplication

Step 2: Fill different levels of your knowledge base

Once the template is duplicated, you can start filling up information. Bullet’s knowledge base template has different layers of information you could guide your users with:
  • Collections: Include basic and important titles here as collections, ie. Inside Notion and Inside Bullet
  • Categories: Under each main collection, include categories you want your audience to understand, ie. Bullet templates, Bullet dasboard etc.
  • Sub-categories: For a subcategory, include the questions you’ve answered and let audience explore what they want, ie. How to duplicate a template?

Step 3: Publish

  • Click “Share” on the top right corner of your Notion page, toggle “Share to web” and copy the URL
  • Paste the URL in Bullet’s dasboard and hit Publish to publish your knowledge base
